Today I want to take us through the basic belief cycle – you may have seen this before or have had it explained to you before … and I especially want to use some of our beliefs about our ability to understand money as an example

The basic belief cycle = we start with our beliefs and our thoughts - our thoughts and our beliefs lead to our feelings - our feelings lead to the actions we take - and then our actions determine the results we achieve - our results then impact our beliefs and out thoughts and so we go around and around

In today's episode I use our beliefs about money and understanding how money works in our business and I follow the cycle through what happens to many of my clients.
