This week we are looking at Spring Chickens. I have heard so many kids talking about this at school recently I thought this was the perfect story. The fowl in the story think “The Man”, this is what they call the new owner of the farm, does not know what he is doing when he arrives at the farm with a fat table, a box, and some eggs. They soon understand what he was up to and someone gets some new chicks.
