Jess is a former U.S. Army NBC specialist, Columbian immigrant, and current criminal justice student. She blows away Kaitlin & James with her military career in this episode, as well as gets raw about her sexual assault.

Also, this week the team highlights Capt. Zoe Kotnik as the honorary Sierra Hotel Echo Women of the Week! Capt Kotnik was named the First Female Single Seat Tactical Demonstration Pilot and Commander for the USAF F-16 Viper Demonstration Team!! She calls into the show to share her story and how she amounted to such a historic accomplishment and encourages us all that you can do anything with just a little hard work!
