Growth is challenging because growth requires change. And many of us are stuck in our ways and we don’t even know it.

Which is why it can be so helpful to have other people ask you questions that will push you out of your comfort zone.

In a coaching program, boot camp or mastermind, you can have someone else force you to really look at yourself and ask, “Am I willing to adapt and grow and change to get the business that I want? And am I getting in the way of what I want?”

And the answer is usually yes.

Today, I’m talking with a business coach who helps his clients and his audience get comfortable with being uncomfortable. He’s got so much to share about business, how to manage teams, and how to think about growth in your business.

Dominic Monkhouse is an architect of business growth and a business coach to some very impressively large IT companies. Before becoming a coach, he headed up and grew multiple multi-million dollar IT companies. Prior to his career in IT, Dominic held positions in a number of industries, including selling gold, diamonds, women’s underwear and chickens. Dominic now helps other businesses as a coach and works with his clients and their teams in the  “Management Lab” on his farm near Salisbury. He also hosts the weekly podcast, The Melting Pot, where he shares nuggets of value and conversations with business leaders about what’s working today.
