When I was little, I loved to run around carefree (and mostly nude or in skimpy crocheted bathers) in the sunshine on the beach.

There was nothing to hide. No shame. No fear of being photographed or sexualised.

It wasn't long before that changed, and growing up in the 80s & 90s, a lot of shitty judgement, criticism, stigma and shame that was dished out to young women stuck!

I learned to hide parts of myself, feel shame and worry about how I looked and what men thought of my body, and so much more.

In this solo episode, I share why these layers of conditioning, expectation, protection, and shame are limiting and what's available when you strip them back.

Tune in to hear me peel back another layer and share some of the things that I love and turn me on!
