Today I chat with Chris Stoutenburg about dedication, overcoming (big) obstacles, and the "just do it" mentality.

In 1997, Chris had an accident that left him without use of his legs. Instead of feeling sorry for himself, he accepted his new way of life, worked his ass off, played Wheelchair Basketball in the Paralympics, and went on to become an advocate for inclusivity and accessibility. He got into Crossfit, and recognized it's need for competitive programs for adaptive athletes, and from there Wheelwod was born, a platform used to provide just that.

Chris views dedication in a way that I feel everyone should hear. Today we go through;

- Chris's journey

- how he overcame obstacles

- his experience playing for Canada in the Paralympics

- motivation vs. dedication

- mindset

- why you should set small goals to achieve your big goals

- accessibility and inclusiveness

I hope this episode gives everyone a reason to do what they said they were going to do today. COMMIT!
