Travel Sacredly

When one is on a spiritual path intentionally there is a 'thing' called 'travel sacredly.' What this means is that the more aware you are of your spiritual process the more you become aware of how your energy is affected by that process. 

If a rubber band expands and contracts then so do we as energy.

This happens even more when we travel. 

Today I discuss my expansion and contraction from Isla, Mujeres when I began unpacking the energies from an aspect of that trip to Punta Sur. I share how I unpack that energy to 'store it' in a sacred space so it no longer has to be stored in my energy field the 'old fashioned way.'
