Integration of NEW energy is always time consuming until it's not...meaning...the better you get at building the foundation of your energy process then the easier it gets to build upon that foundation.

I speak about how I learned how to build that foundation based on my first awareness of my energy 'waking up' and how when I met my mentor she set the stage for my building blocks of foundation to get me where I am today where Joe & I are now building OUR new foundation on the backend of our foundation from our mentor.
