I struggle with hearing people "trying" to do something while I support people who "do" things. Ever noticed how trying to do something doesn't send a strong message like doing something does? Here's what I've come to understand:

Trying only makes sense after you have started doing the work Trying should signify process... in route to... moving towards Trying often communicates a passive attitude verses an active one....
