Rozalynn’s Bio

Rozalynn Goodwin is the co-founder of Confidence. She and her seven-year-old daughter Gabby solved the age-old problem of disappearing hair barrettes by inventing GaBBY Bows -- the first and patented Double-Face Double-Snap Barrette. Their patented barrettes engineered to prevent hair slippage, along with their plant-based girls natural hair product line save families time, money and frustration, while removing stress from the styling process so moms, dads and girls can cherish this precious time
together.

Confidence launched and began selling barrettes through its online store at gabbybows.com in February 2014. The company has filled online orders to all 50 states in the U.S. and twelve countries. The patented barrettes are carried in select Target stores and other retail and beauty supply stores across
the US, Canada and South Africa.

Rozalynn also serves vice president for engagement and a lobbyist for the South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA). Passionate about improving the well-being of populations through health and

Prior to joining SCHA, Rozalynn worked in strategic planning and business development with Palmetto Health and in health and human services policy research in the Office of Governor Jim Hodges.

A native of Mt. Carmel, SC, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from Lander University and a Master of Health Administration from the University of South Carolina.
