Today’s topic is one that might just surprise you, and will certainly challenge you, as we look at the notion of ditching perfectionism and the sense of overwhelm that its pursuit generates in our lives. This is an episode that is highly relevant at any time, and particularly so during the time of craziness that we are experiencing throughout the world today.

In addition to reviewing ‘secret rules’ which have been ingrained in us and which so often serve only to hold us back, I will explore with you the 5 rules that will allow you to ditch perfectionism while still maintaining momentum, as well as some examples of how to implement these rules. As always, I will share with you some questions and actions to consider, and I’m asking you to focus on just one of these goals this week. Today’s episode is all about taking imperfect, messy action without feeling bad about yourself. It’s about reducing the constant overwhelm, and increasing your energy and focus so that you can ‘get shit done’. Essentially, it’s about the fact that we are not meant to suffer and struggle in order to have the life we want - let go a little bit, show up even better, and let’s enjoy the ride together.

As previously mentioned, enrollment for my Dare to Thrive Community is now closed, but you can still sign up for the waitlist to join the next time it opens. In the meantime, if you’re looking for support in a community, my Goal Getters Club remains an excellent option, and the links for both appear below.
