Welcome back to the show! I'm excited about today's episode, because let's face it...conflict is a part of our lives. Whether it's in personal relationships or professional relationships, conflict comes up. This can be in inside organizations or one-on-one. We all have different points of views and experiences, and so that means that we're bound to disagree, right? We can learn from each other, but even so, it makes conflict pretty inevitable. But conflict doesn't need to be threatening to any type of relationship because if you figure out a way to sort through it in a healthy way, it actually makes relationships stronger.

I am diving into how to navigate conflict effectively for any number of personality types, taking into consideration enneagram types, in order to properly approach and then resolve conflict with someone. Let’s talk about the framework that's oriented around the nine core types. I promise you’ll be blown away by this and have a deeper understanding about yourself and how you handle conflict after listening.

P.S. If you're local to Las Vegas, I am partnering up with my friend Stephanie Frank, who is the co-founder of Frankly Good Coffee, and we are putting together a workshop called, you guessed it… She Doesn't Settle! It's about pursuing your goals without sacrificing your sanity, which if you're familiar with this podcast, you know, is a big part of what we do!

We've developed this workshop to help high achieving women take action in their personal and professional lives to stop settling and get what they want. It's going to be interactive and amazing and if you’re local to Vegas, it's free.
