My friend Sugi is also someone that I had the pleasure of meeting as a result of my time at Nike.

We get into some of the mental health challenges she has battled, but also how she’s alchemized them into raising awareness through her clothing brand.

She’s passionate about giving back and helping out those who are less fortunate and she’s exactly the type of person that we need more of in the world.

She is also a photographer and shares a valuable lesson that being behind the camera has taught her, along with how she prioritizes her time between that and her clothing brand.
