Welcome tootsiepops!

Y’all are tuning in to So Bri Says, and the first ever episode of this podcast.  I’m Bri I’m your host thank you so much for being here.

This episode is an intro to the vibe of this podcast, a little bit more about who I am and what this podcast is really for which is to aid in you becoming the fluffer of your own life.

If you’re not familiar with the term 'Fluffer' it’s someone on a pornographic film set that keeps the the male performers penises erect in between scenes.  Fluffers were hired, during larger group scenes where the ratio of penis to vagina was a lot higher so they needed fluffers there to keep them going between scenes.

I want you to metaphorically be the fluffer of your own life, to be the person that’s giving yourself boners and clit-boners, keeping you going and flowing throughout the week.

I really just want you to tune in to get some educational value, some entertainment some helpful tips and tricks, maybe learn some things that you didn’t know to spice up ya love life, ya sex life and ya personal life.

I want to encourage you to prioritize your pleasure, because that, is your birth right. Your sexual well-being is so important to your overall health. And I think people one hundred percent undervalued their sexual health. I think a huge part is our lack of education around human sexuality in general, so I want you to learn about yourselves learn about your body. There’s so much that you think majority of people would know, but definitely don’t.  We really need adult Sex Ed for sure and this is definitely gonna be a platform for that as well. And I’m gonna be here, giving you the goods, weekly to make sure your not slacking on your fluffer duties, think of me as your back up fluffer.

About me: I am in the process of becoming a certified love, sex and relationship coach which is another reason why I am starting this podcast because I want to be able to provide you with valuable and educational and inspirational and entertaining and relatable and helpful content while I’m going through it while I’m learning while I’m experiencing my own personal growth, because I think that’s super important. I am that friend and colleague and classmate and family member and  social media stranger or acquaintance you’re meeting for coffee for the first time who’s gonna talk with you about anal and your childhood trauma.

I’m also super playful and I’m fun and blunt and kind and tell it like it is. I’m a hard question asker and I don’t shy away from things that are uncomfortable. I’m somebody who’s gonna dive with you and talk about things that you maybe wanna keep locked up in your little box of secrets. I’m not afraid to push and pry a little more than a lot, but I’ll always respect if you tell me to stay in my lane.

I am someone who really tries to be that safe space for people because I do know all too well how it feels to feel like you can’t be all of who you are for fear of judgment and criticism and lack of validation and ruining someone’s image of who you used to be or who they want you to be.

I want this podcast to provide content, valuable content obviously, in whatever way that is for you. But I also want it to be a safe space where you can kinda let your hair down or take ya draws off and just relax into who you are and have a nice, fun conversation with somebody that you will get to know more and more over time, and if you already know me, then you know that it’s literally gonna be like sitting on the couch with with me, with a good friend, a good pal and just talk about all the things you find interesting.

If you desire a space to totally and fully be yourself,  learn more about your sexuality and get inspired to really cultivate the life and love and relational dynamics that encourage your self-esteem and personal growth.  This show is for you!
