It’s the ability to look at what you already have in a new way.


We often don’t need more skills, or more raw materials. What we need to do is step back and reevaluate what we HAVE and look at it from a NEW perspective.


I’ll take you through an exercise I do with my clients regularly:

What do you want the outcome to be?  What is it currently? What do you already have to work with? 


This last one is the REAL key to innovation. It’s not INVENTION. There are plenty of inventors out there that never see their beautiful, amazing, incredible invention put to use. 


With innovators — the USE (outcome) is already built in. 💡
