In part 1 I kept it on the surface.. in part 2 we REALLY dive into what it means to feel your emotions to the fullest extent whether good or painful instead of having these half a** experiences because you're afraid of getting hurt.


When you're being treated well or you're having a good moment, don't sabotage it. And when you've just experienced something painful, don't avoid it because it'll haunt you.


In this episode we'll dive into what happens when you avoid your pain (+ what happened to me when I did this) and why we should push to allow ourselves to feel good without anticipating disappointment.
