Starting this week, we’re going to start including some mini episodes where Robin gives tips and advice that come from questions she has been asked or deep thoughts that have popped into her head during long training sessions.


In this episode, Robin talks about what we can do to open ourselves up to bolder goals. Have you come up with reasons why you can’t run a race, or take on a new challenge? What is stopping you? Is it your age? Your fitness level? Whatever it is, Robin shares some thoughts about what you can do to unlock what is holding you back so you can allow yourself to pursue a new adventure. By the end of the episode, hopefully you will start thinking better of yourself so you can do more for yourself!
