In this episode we have a discussion on the importance of bringing intention and spirit into every action that we do. 


Our nervous system loves to identify and create patterns around how we think, feel and act. When we are creating habits, whether good or bad, we may have a tendency to "check out" when we are completing them once they become habitual. We lose the spark and the spirit that we once brought to that thing. 


The first step to this is noticing and observing your energy around things that you do. We live in an energetic universe and so the energy we bring to the things we do has an impact.
