Brian Delahunty is the Head of Reliability at Stripe, and was the Site Lead who helped them open and hire for their Seattle office. Throughout this process, he talked to leaders at over a dozen companies who led an HQ2 effort, and learned what worked and what didn’t. Today, he’s sharing those lessons with us.
