We want to be seen, heard and understood, yet it is difficult to let or put our guard down.  We must learn to live a life with people that’s unguarded.  Note: Not everyone is safe to be unguarded, employ healthy boundaries.

Honesty is encouraged. Vulnerability is welcomed. Support is real and active. 

You can put your guard down.  You can inspire each other to grow.

You can give each other good advice. 

They help during times of stress.
