What seems to be missing from our leaders are conversations about how to maintain good health and what we can do for ourselves to keep us healthy and minimize risk during this time.

While nothing is guaranteed, we can still do many things for foundational support and at the very least, feel good about knowing we are doing what is within our control.

In Part 2 of this 2-part podcast, I continue the discussion on important nutrients and apply it to our teens, but keep in mind, these nutrients are important for EVERYONE.
