In episode 34, I open up very candidly about how I have fallen into a self sabotaging routine and continue to snow ball. I discuss this in the big scope of my personal growth journey and how I’m navigating to move through it and find it as a continuation of my growth journey. In the end, I offer 5 tips to help you also move through your self-sabotaging behaviors. 

Make small changes in your routine that you can keep! Don’t make big leaps of change. Journal! Journal! Journal! Remember that old patterns are not YOU. They are your ego and that ego is simply trying to keep you safe. Find something that is inspirational that you can use to bring your vibes back up when you’re feeling low. Talk to yourself as if you would talk to your child.
