In episode 21, I discuss the different tips I offer to protect your energy during the holiday season. 

Make space and time for yourself, even if it’s a few minutes a day. Keep your routine.Be mindful of what you’re eating and drinkingStay grounded, even in the midst of a holiday gathering.Know how you want to feel and how you want to experience the holiday and identify what activities and actions will bring these feelings to you. Own YOUR feelings. Another person’s feelings are not your responsibility. Communicate what you want out of the holidays and communicate how you feel. Always come from a place of love and compassion. 

My challenge for you this week is to really follow through with all of these steps! And then after the holidays, maintain a GOOD morning routine that includes meditation.
