This tasty vegan chilli is made with lots of healthy vegetables and is full of flavour. It's ideal for a cold Winter evening.
The chilli is easy to make with a prep time of 15 minutes and approx. 45 minutes of cooking time. The chilli serves 4 people and can be frozen for later use. Serve with brown rice or a green salad and pitta bread.
