An easy-to-make roasted red pepper hummus recipe.  For ease, use roasted red peppers that are available are from all major supermarkets.    The recipe takes about minutes to prepare and will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days .
serve with your choice of crusty bread, pitta bread, vegetables, or sweet potato chips and share with friends
