Weathering the Storm: Strength through Stage 4 Melanoma with Candice Mason

Candice Mason is the true definition of a warrior. 

In this candid episode, listen as she shares how she turned her challenges into opportunity. She is an inspiration for anyone and has shown her strength through weathering the storm. 

She was diagnosed with stage III melanoma in 2017, and again in 2019 with stage IV by accident.  She has endured multiple surgeries, including a double craniotomy, immunotherapy, and many side effects.

Even though she has gone through so much, she continues to live her best life now. Melanoma is serious and her involvement in skin cancer awareness shows her determination to make a difference. She has found a creative and fun way to stay sun safe through her business Desert Camo Apparel with Certified UPF50+ clothing and other sun protective products. Her first hand knowledge of the seriousness of this cancer has motivated her to save lives “One skin cell at a time”.
