I have always been curious to know how I have lost my own weight without following the method of eating small meals regularly. The idea of eating small portions every two or three hours just didn't sound right to me. 
I am coming from a Biology / Biotechnology background, where I do understand the human body in a way that does tells me its not right. So I did not stop there and I started my Journey to educate myself first by studying nutrition, it didn't help also. although I must say I have learned a lot of stuff, But, not what I was looking for to answer my questions. 
so I started reading and searching for doctors opinions in this matter. I knew that there was something wrong, something that has nothing to do with calories although its sounds so true and right once you study it. it is so convincing that this is the way, and by that I mean the calorie in and calorie out. 
for me the idea that a 150 calorie donut is the same as the 150 chicken breast is not right. 
so I went on digging more and more till I came across Dr. Jason Fung, who caught my attention when he was talking about fasting. at first, and since I'm a Muslim I thought he was referring to Ramdan fasting. but then I started to hear and read more about his opinion about the INTERMITTENT FASTING, which most of you know by now or have heard about it a bit and skipped it. 
So I came to be the biggest believer in it because It was the answer on how I lost weight. YES I was fasting the whole time, I mean I was on a time restricted eating paternities the entire time without me knowing. 
I felt good and I was totally in shape. 


after 7 years of my journey and the knowledge I have built & experience I have gained in fasting. I have decided to talk about it. I started talking in arabic on my social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, & instagram). until now I decided to use the podcast in English, to talk to you and share with you as a personal trainer who uses this method with his clients to loose weight and gain their confidence. 

this episode is my first podcast, it is with my lovely wife MADINA, who is one my clients. she shares with you all how she implemented fasting as a breast feeding mum to loose weight.
