We are really excited to be continuing the conversation with Lorna Mann, who is a 6 time marathoner, a trained career coach, and has 20+ years public relations and communications experience, most recently working for renowned film studio Lionsgate UK.
What's more? She took a career path pivot in 2020 and is now working in a more fulfilled way, rooted in community and living into her values of connection, authenticity and challenge. Running has connected her to some amazing communities, including Run Dem Crew and the Love Trails Collective, and has allowed her not only to travel the world but find her true self.
In this episode, Move with Gratitude host Mark White and Lorna discuss the defining moment (or age) in her life that set her onto a new direction, owning her identity as a "runner", and a few gratitude tributes to several special individuals in her life that gave her the motivation, courage, and support to strive for impossible goals.
