Cate Mackenzie delves into the lives of extraordinary people to discover what brings them love, pleasure and joy. She finds out where they have come from in their lives and what makes them tick.

When working with couples and individuals as Psychosexual Therapist and Couples Counsellor, Cate has noticed that a big factor in their happiness is how resourced they are in their lives with people, hobbies, fun and relaxation. If people feel good, this helps with their relationships and in all other areas of life. This concept inspired the podcast.
