A proposal from National would kick emissions pricings for farmers down the road by five years -- but critics are already using it to kick the Opposition around a bit. The party's new policy proposes an on-farm pricing plan for farmers by twenty-thirty. The plan has won plaudits from Federated Farmers, but scorn from the government, which accuses National of treating the climate with "contempt". National's agriculture spokesperson, Todd McClay, spoke to Corin Dann.
