Hi, I'm Arda Ozdemir, the author of The Seeker's Manual (2014) and The Art of Becoming Unstuck (2021).

Beginning of 2007, I was recovering from my physical illnesses of sinus infections, bronchitis and pneumonia, and all of a sudden, I started to feel a strong intuitive invitation to help people overcome their mental and emotional suffering. So in 2011, I decided to quit my corporate job as a VP, Finance of a start-up in Silicon Valley, and pursued my calling as a reiki energy healer, relationship coach, and spiritual mentor.

In the following years, I've worked with over 5,000 clients and empowered them to face tens of thousands of challenging situations with more mental clarity and emotional balance.

Today, I feel lucky and blessed as I reflect on my clients' success over the years.

And I also realize how that intimate work with those thousands of people has helped me develop a unique emotional regulation technique called 5-step Power Method, design a 7-phase personal transformation path for self-realization, and create an empowering set of 9 communications strategies to lay out the way for individuals who aspire to live a better, healthier and happier life with full of joy, fulfillment and meaning.

I feel that I'm ready to share what I've learned from these experiences. I hope you join me to explore life, love and relationships one question at a time!
