Her 16 years as VP of Human Resources with Hay Creek Hotels involved growing a small start-up hotel company from 4 boutique properties to over 20 while building a company culture and developing Human Resource Strategies



Her experiences as HR Director and Trainer with Omni Hotels for over 11 years brings background in luxury city hotels across the US and speaks to her employee relations & retention expertise as a hospitality HR Strategist.
