BONUS Creation Meditation

This meditation creates a space to start your day. A space to return to nature. A space to rest and soak up the golden and emeralds and embers of Earth, manifesting and peace. This serene space in this mediation can be a space you can return to any time of your day when you are feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, worry, fear, and anger.
