This stress reducing meditation uses the proven therapy method of EFT Tapping. Honoring and utilizing acupressure points and talking through your emotions and anxiety to bring your stress level from a 10 to a 1 or 0 , eventually. The use of breathe, tapping, and positive words energize your parasympathetic system in your body which is what is the system that boosts your immune system and stabilizes your body back to healthy balance. Practice this daily in the morning when you wake, or in the afternoon when you need it. I found it works better when I am less stressed to bring the anxiety down lower and in the afternoon when it rises it might only get to a 3 or 4 instead of a 9 or 10.
