Mary Sheila Gonella is a former pilates teacher turned Holistic Nutrition Consultant and Educator, trained in Ayurveda, adrenal support and aminoacid therapy.


Mary Sheila helps people who struggle with health issues as a result of their food choices, stress levels and complications from high blood sugar. These complications can include weight gain, cardiovascular disease, fatigue, digestive issues, insomnia and brain fog. By addressing these problems through food choice, diet and lifestyle modifications, Mary Sheila teaches clients how to honour their unique physiology and increase self-care to achieve and maintain radiant health.
