Mollie McGlocklin is the creator of Sleep Is A Skill, a company that optimises sleep. Mollie’s own life habits led to long periods of sleeplessness. After consulting different doctors, she realised it was up to her to make changes to restore her sleep pattern. She started researching and became interested in circadian rhythm optimisation and chronobiology. Once she brought these ideas into her life her sleep pattern become more reliable. She then started sharing the sleep skills she’d discovered with other insomnia sufferers.
