Anu Thompson demonstrates some of the fundamentals of resilience, with a very interesting perspective on the world and a fascinating story to tell.


Following her parents moved from India to Glasgow in Scotland in the early 1970 s, Anu eventually became a Barrister and member of the Bar in England and Wales.


Anu shares with us the problems and challenges she has faced in a multicultural society and how she got through the hard times. How she developed early on a clear idea in her mind of what she wanted to be and the approaches she used to get there.


It can be scary making choices sometimes but Anu has some great tips as to how she makes hers and what she feels is key to building great resilience.
