I am joined by Best-Selling Author Stephen Terrell in a deep and heartfelt discussion around developmental trauma. We touch on the power of embodied presence, hanging out, leaning back and welcoming all parts of each client. In this captivating episode, Stephen shares vulnerability about his past and his experience of neurodiversity. Coaches, clients, healthcare practitioners alike will gain something from the embodied experience of simply listening and receiving this wisdom.
