In this week's episode I am joined by my girlfriend, Kris! Y'all have been asking for this podcast to happen and I finally begged enough to make it happen. I will preface this episode by saying that Kris is a very introverted and private person with an avoidant attachment style, so to say that doing this was a challenge for her would be an understatement. While she is completely fine being pictured on social media, Kris coming on the podcast felt super daunting to her. I asked her multiple times if she wanted to skip it all together, but she decided to do it! I am proud of her for overcoming her fears and diving into the experience.
