We’ve seen it time and time again, people trying to smash themselves in the gym to compensate for over-doing it on calories. 

And it’s not going to get you the results you want. 

Training twice a day or thinking that your one hour at the gym daily is going to offset you ingesting hundreds of extra calories is wrong, but there are ways you can limit damage. 

The answer is not as simple as ‘no you can’t’ there’s more to this issue than meets the eye.
