Johnathan Pollock has been a landlord for the last 6 years, and chats with Denise about the challenges and benefits of being a landlord.

They renovated the property they were living in, then moved into the basement and rented out the top floors, as there was higher rental income to be made, but rushed into the process of getting tenants. As well they share some great tips about checking out tenants and being a bit of a detective.
