Episode # 26 - In recognition of the new year and creating goals we will discuss the social conditionings we may be unaware influencing our goals or resolutions we set for ourselves. 

Maybe you want to be a certain weight, have a particular physique, be in a particular type of relationship, buy a particular new car or house and etc. 

Whatever your goals and or resolutions are for the new year be sure it is aligned with your uniqueness or authenticity. 

Social conditionings are picked up throughout our society, culture, gender, religion and etc. We may not be fully aware of the various conditions that are so deeply ingrained - so much so that even our goals are conditionally created and don't necessarily help us get what we really want deep down on an emotional level.

So as an examples even if we meet our goals that should make us happy but do not make us happy it may be because we are simply chasing a social condition for acceptance.

In this episode i will share some realizations I had in my own conditioning and those of some clients so you too can be fully aware and embrace your uniqueness to truly reach your authentic self and goals.
