In this episode we break down why it's important to take care of you knees.  We also tell you how! The knees can be viewed as a very simple joint that can add a tremendous amount of stability in our movements. But if asked to do too much, take on too much forces, or rotate too much, a plethora of problems can happen.  We focus on the importance of ankle mobility and hip mobility.  We also focus on strength, especially when reinforcing a proper movement pattern.
