As ambitious high-achievers, there are certain things we’ve been taught not to say. Instead of four-letter words. I’m talking about phrases like:

I’m dissatisfied with this life I’ve worked so hard to build.

I want something unnameably-different from this amazing looking life.

I want more. And less. And fun in a way I can’t articulate.

If you can relate, start by taking the bar of soap out of your mouth—there’s no shame in feeling what you feel. Today I’m talking about what happens when we say what’s on our hearts and minds without self-judgment, even though there’s pressure to stay silent and stay grateful—and how to use those unsayable things as *useful* information. Wanna join me in hopping off the hamster wheel of self-improvement and looking inward with me?
