The documentary illustrates how all are impacted by our collective experience with trauma and highlights the need for open conversation, effective mental health treatments free of stigma, and support systems that can provide help, hope, and healing.

Here. Is. Better. releases in theaters by Greenwich Entertainment on June 23rd in NYC/LA/ Chicago and on VOD Nationwide in the US and Canada on June 27 in support of National PTSD Awareness Day.
