Why We Have Irregular Sleep Patterns and How to Work With Them.


We are being upgraded and our new bodies will not need as much sleep. Also, our EGO gets into a tantrum when its routine is changed, and it punishes us for the change. 


The pain we feel today is because we have the pain of stagnation and also the pain of evolution. Once you understand that, you will be able to talk to yourself with more clarity. 


In order to feel better, we need to let go our EGO's need to talk about the good old days and release the negative emotions and our inverted thinking system we have been in for a million years.
