On Episode #19 of the Profits Over Wages Podcast, we sit down with Adam Feather - Founder & CEO of The Wolf of Wrigley. The Wolf of Wrigley is an apparel company specifically based in the Wrigleyville neighborhood of Chicago. Adam started the company 2 years ago in anticipation of the Chicago Cubs winning the World Series and his brand is now supported and worn by numerous Chicago celebrities and other successful business owners with some Cubs even wearing Wolf of Wrigley gear during their Championship Parade. The continued growth of his apparel line allowed him to launch an event planning business and with all the development taking place in Wrigleyville and boom in tourism, he saw a huge opportunity to help provide a fun, safe, and memorable experience of private events for both Chicagoans and out of towners. Adam is also very passionate about bettering the city of Chicago - he's involved in various Chicago Chambers of Commerce, attends several networking and social events, and donates his time and money helping the Chicago Police Department and Chicago's political arena.

On today’s episode we talk about, accountability and taking ownership of what happens to you, making the transition from 9 to 5 employee to business owner, and why willing to adapt and pivot as needed when starting a business is important.
