His specialty is helping leaders create values-based cultures. He has 3 decades experience at a leadership level across Australia, England and India. He has over 20 years experience as a meditation teacher and is passionate about empowering others to lead from the inside out. He is an experienced facilitator and member of the International Association of Facilitators since 2013.
