I had a busy weekend, full of lessons, many of which came from my first time on a bike in God knows how many years.

Saturday, I ate lots of treats (for me) and several alcoholic beverages. Sunday, I ate really clean & biked around Martha's Vineyard.

On both days, I was reminded of powerful lessons that help me break through my mental barriers, make progress towards my goals and take great care of myself.
