We have ALL experienced rejection in our lives - whether it is having your ideas overlooked or being passed over for that promotion. It could be getting snubbed by a colleague or not getting the invite to a certain event.

Oftentimes there are micro-rejections happening to us on a daily basis!

So it is imperative that we have the resources to handle rejection in a healthy way that propels you forward, rather than keeping you stuck.

Today I’m sharing how to deal with rejection, and more specifically 3 ways we deal with it that are NOT going to serve you, and what to do instead.
